Tierra Walters-Barrett – our new Staffing Coordinator, has begun to officially manage all aspects of our schedule effective 8/3/2026.
We know you’ve become very accustomed to calling Stacey on the On Call line to handle day to day scheduling issues but beginning 9/1/2026 – all calls during normal business hours should go directly to Tierra now. After hours and on weekends will still go to Stacey on the on call line.
Call offs during business hours, adjustments to your schedule or questions/concerns you may have with your schedule or client should go directly to Tierra. As a reminder, you must speak with Tierra during business hours, or Stacey after hours, to call off. Texting leaving a voicemail to call off is not accepted.
Tiera also is now receiving and approving all pto requests, and processing your biweekly work hours and mileage for payroll. Any questions related to either area should go directly to Tierra.
