We are beyond excited to welcome Tierra Walters-Barrett to our team as our new Staffing Coordinator. This role is the most pivotal on our team, and after 24 years of hiring, developing and leading staffing coordinators, we are convinced Tierra is the best we’ve ever seen. Tierra’s passionate caregiver-first focus and solutions
-forward mindset is already being felt across our team. Tierra will continue her onboarding training over the next several weeks, but will begin her outreach to everyone on her team to make a first connection beginning 7/1/26.
