She not only consistently reliable with her own shifts, but she is also always willing to step in and cover his weekend shifts if needed. She has managed his care and his household in a way that clearly brings him joy and the best quality of life possible. What is awesome is that she is very engaged with us, sharing the goodness she brings to Mr. T by sending us photos (which we wish more or our caregivers did!).
