Lauren is probably one of our quietest caregivers, we rarely hear from Lauren at all – that’s because she is also one of our most consistently reliable staff. Lauren is faithfully committed to her client, who she has worked with since starting with us last October. The connection Lauren has made with her client is one of the primary reasons her client is thriving at home. We receive compliments regularly from our client’s daughter regarding Lauren and the attentive, competent care she provides.
Lauren is also one of a handful of our caregivers who is in the process to become one of our Mentors, which also shows her commitment to the growth and development of future Superior caregivers.
