Congratulations to Cydney Spence, our Finest caregiver for this week!
Cydney is one of our most consistently high performing and engaging caregivers and we are blessed to have her on our team. She is not only one of our most reliable caregivers, but she is also one of our most proactive caregivers when and if she does need to take time off.
She follows our processes and protocols without fail, often sending US reminders about her planned days off (and we love reminders!). She is typically one of the first to complete her monthly trainings, attends all of our in-services, and when we are asking for feedback or volunteers, she is often the first to respond.
Her care and concern for her client is evident and appreciated and she is a model for others to follow. For all of these reasons, Cydney has earned our applause as this week’s 52 Finest!
