This week’s 52 finest is Ms. Loretta Waszkiewicz. Loretta joined Superior’s team in June 2017 we knew when we hired her that she was going to be a wonderful caregiver. What we didn’t know was how much love and devotion she has for her clients, their family, and us as a company.
Loretta always goes above and beyond for the care of her client. She NEVER lets a client go without being seen. It doesn’t matter if the client is one of her normal clients or a client she has never been to. The distance between her home and the client’s house has never been an issue for Loretta she feels that all clients need to be seen and cared for no matter what.
Loretta works 6 days a week and even offers to work every weekend. She always wants to be called if a client has no coverage. If she is able to help, she will do whatever she has to do to make a visit to a client in need. Loretta always asks about her clients that she may no longer see, she wonders how they are doing. The care that Loretta gives does not end when her shift ends it continues even after their departure from their earthly home. She follows with their family to offer them love and support.
