Superior Home Care evaluates each of its field staff quarterly based on their RELIABILITY, QUALITY OF WORK, TRAINING/CREDENTIALING, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND TEAM.
The Client Care Coordinator, Team Leader, and Director meet and discuss each field staff to determine their STAR rating from 1-5.
-RELIABILITY: Must have a 95% compliance with assigned schedule weekly
-QUALITY OF WORK: This includes their field monitors during the quarter, and client satisfaction surveys.
-TRAINING/CREDENTIALING: Has the staff completed their assigned training for the quarter, and if all their credentials kept current.
-COMMUNICATION: Do they respond to messages within the business day, are they positive, and respectful, and do they act professionally.
-TEAM: Do they work their classification, do they pick up hours, how are their call-offs, and have they referred at least one caregiver who we hire.
We aim to have all of our caregivers be 5 STARS, but if their rating is below they are issued a professional development plan. This informs our caregivers what we expect them to work on, and with our help make them a 5 STAR caregiver.
